Residents in Saskatchewan’s southeast corner still cleaning up after last week’s blizzard were greeted with another snowfall warning from Environment Canada on Saturday morning.

The federal weather agency said that snowfall from Saturday night into Sunday could be up to 10 to 15 cm for affected areas as another clipper system in Montana travels eastward, with the heaviest snowfall expected for communities closest to the international border.
Widespread blowing snow is not predicted, with wind speeds of only 20 km/h are forecast for Saturday and Sunday before returning to calm again Sunday night.
The warning covers a range of RMs, including Weyburn and Estevan. More information on specific areas is available at weather.gc.ca
